The Researcher`s Mobility Portal

The Polish Researcher's Mobility Portal is a solely informative tool supporting the mobility of researchers. The information provided is addressed to individuals or entities involved in transnational mobility of researchers.
With regard to the lawful and correct treatment of personal information of each user of the eracareers-poland.gov.pl service and with regard to its specific mission, we would like to clearly present the principles of the privacy policy applied by the service, in order to assure protection in the broadest possible sense towards all the users.

The information provided on the portal is of informative character only and should not be perceived as a legally binding source of information. None of the service users is bound by the content of the service.

The service authors' intention is to provide accurate, up-date and useful data. However, taking into account purely informative character of the portal, the authors are not liable nor responsible for results of practical application of the data presented.

In order to perform its mission, the portal presents both the information conceived by authors of the service and the external information (always with reference), as well as directs its users to other websites dedicated to issues of possible interest. - contact users for the purpose of information exchange relevant to Mobility Information Centre activities
- support data search
- monitor and report on users' activity under the clear stipulation that the reports do not identify particular users but give aggregate summaries.

Thus, by filling in the relevant HELP-DESK form, the user grants the administration of the service permission to process the personal data provided, under the clear stipulation that the data will not be used by the administrator for direct marketing purposes but for the activities consistent with the mission of the Mobility Information Centre.

Both the content of the eracareers-poland.gov.pl portal and its graphic design are protected by the administrator's copyright. The use of any elements of the portal for the sake of creation of other websites or publications without previously seeking written consent of the portal's administrator will be treated as violation of copyrights.
